Groups can have a range of Win Themes pinned to them, meaning the group will work together to capture and record great Content on a specific topic. For example, a specially designed group can be tasked to capture content on Social Value and record how the company gives back to the local community. The same Group can also be tasked on how the company supports the environment.
Win Themes act like a filing system. Common Win themes are things like innovation, safety, efficiency to name a few. They can be anything you want them to be. We encourage our clients to create Win Themes that align with what a decision-maker will find important. To create a Group in the Blu-J Platform, all you need to do is, simply go to the Home screen, also known as the Dashboard. At the top of the screen, in a ribbon that runs the width of your screen, you will see a handful of options to create stuff. One of these options allows you to create a Group.
Simply click it and a blank group template will automatically open. Firstly, you must name the Group. This will make it easy to find and it will show in a Group Library once you have saved it.
You can then work through the options available to you, like setting adding a picture or logo, setting a group purpose and adding a description to help people really understand what the Group is about. Attachments can be added to help bring the Group to life.
Tip: We always recommend adding a Group Leader to lead the charge and highlight the importance of the Group and ensure it is focused on capturing Value-telling Content.
