How do I find my Value-telling Content?

Value-telling Content is the good stuff. The main act. The jam in the donut.  This is how you record all the cool stuff you do.  Having a portfolio of white-hot examples of the cool stuff you do is pointless unless you can put your hands on them quickly and easily. 

Each piece of Value-telling Content has been designed so it offers up lots of great opportunities to be found again, like adding in hashtags.  It is also designed to tailor each search to specific things you might want, like clients, locations, solutions, value, benefits and even emotions.  

To start your search, simply head over to the search icon in the left and panel. It looks like a magnifying glass.  Once you click on it, a search screen appears.  This is where you can type in keywords and filter your searches. 

Toward the top of the search screen, you will find a free text search bar where you can type in key words or phrases.  It acts a bit like Google, so when you start typing, it will offer up a series of suggestions. Once you see what you are looking for, click on it and that piece of Value-telling Content will open. 

If you wanted to filter your search, then the options on the right-hand panel are much better.  This type of search is good to find a range of Value-telling Content with a theme.  For example, if you wanted to find all of your saved Value-telling Content that is applicable to a particular client, then simply toggle client and type in the client’s name.  

Tip:  Remember each piece of Value-telling Content found will appear in a list, so don’t forget to scroll down. 

Once you have found the piece or batch of Value-telling Content you are looking for, then simply click on it and you can do anything you planned to do, like edit it, share it, react to it with a like or export it ready to be turned into some compelling collateral, like a case study, a sales pitch, a proposal or used as evidence to show your triumphs on that all important Account.
