We recommend you spend a bit of time working them out, but don’t worry if you don’t, they can be created anytime, changed and deleted.

Win Themes act like a filing system. Common Win themes are things like innovation, safety, efficiency to name a few. They can be anything you want them to be. We encourage our clients to create Win Themes that align with what a decision-maker will find important. Each Win Theme you create allows you to ask a specific question, like how have we ‘wowed’ our clients or how are we keeping costs low for our customers? By asking a specific question, you or the team can create specific Value-telling Content to answer this question. Soon, you will have built a portfolio of white-hot examples of how you ‘wow’ a client or drive down costs.
To create a Win Theme in the Blu-J Platform, all you need to do is, simply go to the Home screen, also known as the Dashboard. At the top of the screen, in a ribbon that runs the width of your screen, you will see a handful of options to create stuff. One of these options allows you to create a Win Theme.
Simply click it and a blank Win Theme template will automatically open. Firstly, you must name the Win Theme. This will make it easy to find and it will show in a Win Theme Library once you have saved it.
You can then work through the options available to you, like setting a specific question, adding a picture or logo, setting deadlines and adding a more detailed description to help people really understand what the Win Theme is about. Attachments can be added to help bring the Win Theme to life.
Tip: We always recommend adding a Win Theme Champion to lead the charge and highlight the importance of the Win Theme and ensure it is well populated with brilliant Value-telling Content.
Tip: You can make a Win Theme your favourite by clicking on the star in the Win Theme tab. This pins it to the top of your screen, making it easy to find and so you can quickly go into it.
