User Types

It makes good business sense to be crystal clear on each person’s roles and responsibilities.  It ensures that everyone knows what they are doing. The Blu-J App is no different.  There are four roles people can take on.  Our clever programming team have detailed access levels for each role.  A single user can have multiple roles or multiple people can have a single role.  Cool right?

 System Administrator

A System Administrator has an ‘access all areas’ pass. They are responsible for creating and removing user accounts.  They ensure bank details are correct so payments can be made.  They can set up, amend and delete Objectives, Win Themes, Groups and so much more. They can do all the things that the other User Types can do.

 Content Approver

A Content Approver is responsible for reviewing the Value-telling Content. They can provide feedback or approve any Content that has been submitted. This is an important role. They ensure that the standard of Value-telling Content that goes into the vault is good and help ensure the value of the Content is maximised. They can do all the things that the Content Creator can do. This is an optional role. 

Content Creator

A Content Creator is responsible for capturing all the really cool stuff that happens. Anyone with a Blu-J Licence can capture Value-telling Content.  They are responsible for populating the template within the Blu-J App and articulating what has happened, adding photos, attachments, hashtags and so much more. This role is arguably one of the most important.

3rd Parties

A Content Creator can push the Value-telling Content that they have made to people outside of the Blu-J App, we call these people 3rd parties.  Those without a Blu-J Licence can contribute to the Value-telling Content by providing an opinion, advice, supporting information, like a photo or even a testimonial. Social proof is very powerful.
